How did you pick the band name?

Goliath just brought it to practice... and we just went with it... and it fits, you know? we have all come from bands here in Bakersfield, and it is a Stitch, all of us formed together to make a big warm metal blanket.. ha!

How would your define your sound?

Metal... lot of crunchy riffs, pinch harmonics, nice head bobbing, moshing music

Describe your creative process for writing and composing music?

We start out with a riff, throw in some drums and bass, Robert freestyles until he gets a good harmony or idea on what he is going to do, then we just take it from there..

If you guys were to play with another band, which would it be?

I dont know, we are all pretty happy in what we are doing ... i know Me (Brett) and Goliath wouldn't mind being on the next Soulfly Lineup, as they change members quite a bit! lol

Where / how often / how do you guys practice?

We try to practice at least twice a week, maybe 3 times at Ghetto Metal Studios
